It's been almost an entire year again since I've last posted...
I promise it's not for lack of things to write about. This girl has my entire camera and video roll full of content along with all of her funny, witty, sassy, highly emotional and very personable things that come out of her beautiful smiling mouth. What I'm missing is...
TIME
Time really is a thief. I've been trying to be more intentional about being present and in the moment as much as I can because all the sayings keep getting me in my feels... 'she's as grown as she's ever been in this moment, but also she'll never be this little again' is one of them! She's growing and changing so much and I want to cherish and be a part of every little bit of it.
TIME
Over the past year; I switched jobs, we put our house up for sale, we bought a new house, we practically self managed our entire home renovation, we sold our house and moved into a construction zone, took B on her 4th trip to Mexico, and tried to find time for all of our family, friends, and new fun of living on a golf course on top of it all ("little cruise" is our favorite aka ride on the golf cart). It's been a lot, but it sure has been fun.
TIME
Being a working Mom is hard - I'm sure I've written a post or two about that before, but man... I read posts about how we all have the same 24 hours in a day... but like, a working Mom of a toddler... I feel like our hours are different - am I right?! How are we doing it all... without burning out... I know we're not and if it looks like we are we've just managed to hide the parts that are falling apart while the others are shining.
TIME
With all that being said... I WANT to find more time to share more content, fill this blog with stories I can look back on for the memories and to give YOU, the reader whoever you are, some laughs and encouragement and maybe a tip or two along the way!
So my takeaway for you? TIME is one of your most valuable assets - make sure you're using it wisely xoxo
